Privacy by design
Building a trusted connected driving experience that drives next generation of vehicles

Overview
As vehicles become more connected and intelligent, data becomes an essential part of the experience. But the frameworks governing privacy and permissions were built for a different era, one where data stayed between the car and the manufacturer.
That model doesn't hold anymore. Third-party integrations, real-time services, and integrated features all depend on data, and asking for it through a system built on old assumptions creates friction and erodes trust.
So how do we design a privacy experience that supports richer connected features while being transparent with the driver about what's collected, how it's used, and why it benefits them?
